WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS?

Our venue accommodates 175 wedding guests and offers 21 rooms for overnight stays.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

We allow pets on the day of the event but must be under the direct control of the owner. No pets allowed indoors.

ARE YOU LICENSED FOR ALCOHOL?

Our vendor partner holds a full liquor license, enabling the service of beer, wine, and hard alcohol. Details and arrangements to be made prior through our sales team.

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE USE OF EVENT SITE?

You will have exclusive use of the wedding facility and wedding grounds the entire day of your event until 10 pm. Additional hours can be negotiated.

ARE THERE ANY ADDED FEES?

There is a service fee. This fee supports the staffing, maintenance, and administrative tasks necessary to ensure your event runs smoothly and meets high standards. Please note, this fee is separate from any optional tips you might wish to give our dedicated staff.

DO YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE WEDDING IN A DAY?

No. We have one wedding a day.

HOW DO WE SECURE OUR WEDDING DATE?

A non-refundable retainer of $2500.00 will secure your date.

WHAT IS THE RAIN CONTINGENCY PLAN?

The wedding reception area can be converted into a ceremony site and transformed back into the reception site immediately following. If rain is in the forecast, we will work with the wedding party to rent tents if you decide you want to continue having the ceremony at the gazebo.

DO YOU HAVE ACCESSIBLE PARKING AND FACILITIES?

We offer convenient parking close to the wedding site specifically for guests with disabilities. Villa Zosaneli staff are ready to assist with any mobility needs throughout the property. Additionally, we have dedicated accessible restrooms available on site to ensure comfort and convenience for all our guests.

CAN I BRING MY OWN VENDORS?

We offer maximum flexibility to solely rent the facility or we can plan your entire event with our partner; HoneyDo Weddings. We have a list of approved and preferred vendors to meet all your event needs.
